Jorg is a graduate of the National Endurance and Sports Training Association (NESTA-CPT) with a combined 26 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, competitive powerlifter and amateur wrestler. This involved sports background has given him a deep understanding of movement and a keen understanding of how to effectively train clients for optimum results.
Jorg has devoted his professional endeavours to promoting, teaching, motivating, and partnering with people and professional organizations to experience the benefits of healthy exercise and eating. He has experience in functional, post rehab, core stability-agility, sports specific training, and weight loss/gain exercise prescription.

Muay Thai Fitness is a no-contact fitness based martial arts system for one-on-one training, small group fitness and large group workouts. The Muay Thai fitness classes develops incredibly fit and strong, athletic bodies using feigned strikes with the hands, elbows, knees and feet. It is NOT a program showing people how to fight, but rather induces a sweaty, calorie burning workout.
