1) National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) – Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

Graduate of the National Endurance and Sports Training Untitled-1-p1 (4)Association (NESTA-CPT) with a combined 26 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, competitive powerlifter, bodybuilder, martial arts training, amateur wrestling and boxing. As such, he understands what it takes to get results, having experience of multiple hundreds of clients.

Jorg has devoted his professional endeavors to promoting, teaching, motivating, and partnering with people and professional organizations to experience the benefits of healthy exercise and eating. This has provided him with experience in functional, post rehab, core stability-agility, sports specific training, and weight loss/gain exercise prescription.

2) Certified Muay Thai Fitness Coach (MTFC) – National Endurance and Sports Training Association – N.E.S.T.A.

Muay Thai Fitness is a martial arts fitness training system for one-on-one training, small group fitness and large group workouts. This system of martial arts uses strikes with the hands, elbows, knees and feet. This is a fitness program, and is not based on training people how to fight in competition. Muay Thai fitness classes develop incredibly fit and develop strong, athletic bodies.

3) Certified Kinesiology Specialist (CKS) – International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA)

IFPA Kinesiology Specialist – the study of human movement to enhance corrective training techniques, muscle imbalances and muscle recruitment patterns. These rehabilitation training and therapies are effective for the management of back, shoulder, neck and knee pain and injuries. It includes Post-Rehab Orthopedic Exercise, therapeutic flexibility, stress management, industrial fitness, Workers Compensation and ICBC claims to bridge the divide between rehabilitation and fitness.

4) Certified Sports Injury Specialist – N.E.S.T.A.

Sports Injury Specialist – covers a wide range of training, nutrition and musculoskeletal healing, emergency situations, heat illness and hypothermia, rehab, diagnosing injuries of upper and lower body. Taught through the National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association, it allows a significant array of treatments and responses to client health issues and injury problems, helping to better guide clients on the path to healing and wellness.

5) Certified Myoskeletal Therapist – Freedom From Pain Institute

Myoskeletal Therapist (MT) – deep tissue, assisted stretching, joint mobilization, and muscle strengthening techniques, as well as myoskeletal zone therapy and neuro-receptor routines from the Freedom From Pain Institute under Dr. Erik Dalton. By determining if pain originates from muscles, ligaments, joint capsules, or nerve impingement, these techniques assist the body in correcting complex conditions of neck, scapula, back, and visceral pain.

6) Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (R.H.N. Natural Health Diploma)

Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) – strong practical and clinical approach to holistic health, with the aim of preventing disease through natural means from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (C.S.N.N.). Sound nutritional guidance is crucial to healthy lifestyle changes and should always be integrated into personal training sessions. A dietary approach is never based on fad diets, but rather espouses natural foods which are low calorie, yet high nutrient by nature.

7) Registered Nutritional Therapist (RNT) – Canadian Association Of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CAANP)

The Registered Nutritional Therapist title reflects advanced training and experience in nutrition. This certification satisfies the standards of qualification of professional requirements as set by the Board of directors of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP).

8) Certified Natural Nutrition – Clinical Practitioner (CNCP) - Canadian Association Of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (C.A.N.N.P.)

The Certified Natural Nutrition Clinical Practioner’s principal function is education regarding the benefits and health impact of optimal nutrition, balanced lifestyle and all other aspects relating to health. We are educating partners qualified to devise personalized health plans integrating the combined aspects of an individual’s life, quickly bringing back balance to the body.

Graduate of Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Krista’s education has equipped her with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition. Drawing on her expertise, she works with clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results.

3. CAHP – Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional.

As an aromatherapist, Krista is professionally trained in the properties of application and contra-indications of essential oils. She utilizes essential oils to enable the body’s natural healing process. Krista has been an advocate for holistic health and a wellness educator for over 25 years with extensive knowledge and training in alternative medicine. She combines Fitness, Nutrition and Holistic Health together to promote optimal health and wellbeing for her clients.
