Oliver Biggest Loser Final 2012 – Trainer Jorg Mardian 2nd From Lower Left!
The Oliver Lose it 4 Life Fitness Challenge wrapped up on Wednesday, April 11th, 2012 at the Community Centre for the Finale and weigh-in, a repeat of measurements and tests including Body Fat %, Blood Pressure, Cardio, Strength Fitness Tests and a final weigh in. Results were recorded and differences from the baseline numbers calculated.
All participants had attended information sessions over 12 weeks with Trainer/Nutritionist Jorg Mardian and Program Manager Carol Sheridan to assist with nutrition choices, burning more calories and goal setting. The 25 people who came to the Finale lost a total of 355.4 pounds, an average of 14 lbs per person. 5 contestants lost more than 20 lbs, 2 lost over 30 lbs and one participant reached a 45 pound loss in 12 weeks.
